Via onderstaand formulier kun je het Nederlandse Jeugd- of Veteranen Kampioenschap aanvragen. Geef hiervoor de data van de shows aan waarop je hond de eerste plaats samen met een 'uitmuntend' behaald heeft.
By the form below you can apply for the Dutch Junior- or Dutch Veteran Championship. Please mention the data of the shows the dog was awarded first in the Junior/Veteran class with an "excellent".
De kosten van het kampioenschap kun je vinden in de tarievenlijst. Je ontvangt hiervoor een factuur. Na betaling krijg je de titel en het diploma toegestuurd.
The costs of the championcertificate is to be found in the tarievenlijst. You will receive an invoice for this. After payment you receive the diploma per post mail.
